Oct 29, 2022Steve Minkow and his team told me what my lending situation was like, and then did everything they promised. Including getting me into my dream home instead of a condo. Before my realtor recommended them I was spending a lot of energy navigating lenders who were not honorable people. Doing business with people you can count on and trust makes everything so much easier. Highly recommend.

Nov 23, 2022Mike Denslow did a great job from start to finish. He responded quickly when we found the house we wanted to buy, coordinated with our realtor and answered questions promptly. They were well organized. No last minute document requirements or underwriting issues. I met with the listing agent over the weekend and she said Mike kept her apprised of the progress as well. She appreciated that. Very smooth experience overall.

He drove to us to pick up paperwork, made sure to be in full communication with us and every other person involved in our purchase. from our agent to the under writers. Friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. we now consider him part of our circle of friends.

Dec 11, 2022As first time home buyers Homebridge was everything we could have hoped for. Our lender Sara Aasness was consistently there for us to answer our questions, provide updates, and help us along the way. We could ask her anything and she would always make sure we understood the whole process. We could feel Sara’s passion in helping people purchase their first homes with how she supported us at all times. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

Oct 7, 2022Our experience with Homebridge was excellent from start to finish. Both George and Angie communicated efficiently and in a friendly manner. I could tell they genuinely cared about getting us into our dream home despite the usual challenges that crop up during processing. Together they were able to get us into our new home in just three weeks from when the offer was accepted. Right now interest rates are climbing, I feel confident we will refi with George and Angie once they are at a more reasonable level.

Gianni and his team especially Chelsie were always available when I had questions. They really did their thing with making sure myself and family were receiving the best when it came to this loan. Advertisement Nov 6, 2022Tamara Podwalney, Joel Standard, Mark Pfieffer all were great, In the beginning there was a loss of communication at times lots of curves and bumps, but Homebridge got us to the finish line on time. It was a long process in the middle of a very different time for everything, but in the end Mark, Tamara, and Joel got us closed on time. Looking forward to working with them again, in a few months when rates drop lower.

Mar 1, 2023What a smooth process! I was referred to contact Gianni Cerretani and his team members. Immediately he answered my call in a very calming voice. I explained what I was interested in and he swung in action. Within the first week of my application I was prequalified and literally in a couple of weeks I had a projective closing date. His team made the process so easy and semi-smooth. I'm really not computer savvy and struggle signing documents through the different portals used, but Debbie Harrah stepped in to help making the process move in a timely manner. Towards the end of my closing they found ways to save me money and give me the best deals on home insurance quotes Over All I would recommend seeing Gianni Cerretani and his teams at HomeBridge. This was truly a WIN!! WIN!! for me.
